The challenge herein is to the show-cause-notice issued under Section 59 of the Maharashtra Police Act. Although, four crimes, which were relied on for passing the order of externment against the petitioner are again sought to be relied on, there appears to be some fresh material referred to in the notice impugned herein. The petitioner, therefore, would do well to appear before the authority concerned and show cause as to why the order of externment shall not be passed against him.
