Petitioner's proposal is pending with the scrutiny committee awaiting final decision in the validation proceeding. She was allotted a college. She is also seeking relief of protection of the admission even when the last date for production of certificate of validity is already over on 27-08-2024.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would not be praying for protection of the admission but would proceed with writ of mandamus against the committee for deciding the proposal.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the committee on 09-09-2024. The committee shall
