The petitioner prays that respondent No.3 be directed to complete the audit under Section 81 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 within the time as is mentioned vide direction dated 07.09.2021, issued by respondent No.2, Regional Joint Director (Sugar), Aurangabad. It is also prayed that an enquiry under Section 83 of the Societies Act, be completed and the report be submitted as per the directions dated 25.11.2021, issued by respondent No.2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We would expect, respondent No.3 to complete the audit under Section 81 of the Societies Act, on or before 30.12.2022 and complete the enquiry under section 83 of the Societies Act on or before 28.02.2023.
