This Petition has been filed primarily for direction to Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner at the earliest looking to the urgency in the matter. 2.

Since we intend to dispose of this Petition by issuing specific direction only to Respondent No.2, issuance of notice to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

We are informed by the learned AGP that the Vigilance Cell report with regard to the tribe claim of the Petitioner is received and further proceedings are awaited. The Petitioner is claiming status of Scheduled Tribe "Thakur" before the Scrutiny Committee. 5.

In view of the above stage of the proceedings, we dispose of this Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to dispose of the tribe claim of the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from today. 6.
