Mr. Kadethankar, learned Advocate for respondent No. 5, on instructions, submits that considering the schedule of ward formation and voters list preparation, within five months elections of the Gram Panchayat, Ghodsarwadi, Taluka Akole, District Ahmednagar would be held. 3.
