Present petition has been filed directing respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to forthwith execute and implement the order dated 20.11.2018 passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Beed under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and upon written instructions (Exhibit 'X') from Additional Collector, Beed states that the possession of the secured asset would be given within a period of one month from today. Later, Exhibit 'X' is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent Nos. 2 910-WP-13382-2025.odt

and 3 to implement the order dated 20.11.2018 within a period of one month. If the possession is not handed over within a period of one month as stated then the concerned District Magistrate is directed to take action against the concerned officer as laid down by this Court in Motilal Oswal Home Fainence Limited Vs.
