PER COURT :- This is an application, seeking recall of the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the petition on account of failure to remove the office objections, within stipulated time.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed.

The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 30.7.2018 refusing registration of the petition is quashed and set aside and petition is restored to its original position. Petitioner shall remove office objections within six weeks from today. In the event of failure, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled.

Civil Application is disposed of.

Delay, if any caused, stands condoned.
