For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order passed by this court on 26-09-2017, dismissing the writ petition No. 8658 of 2014 for non-removal of office objections stands set aside subject to the petitioner removing the office objections within the period of three weeks from today.
