By this application, the applicant seeks review of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.15413 of 2019 dated 05/09/2022.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that considering the fact that the applicant has rendered 20 years of services, he be given pensionary benefits. His second submission is that the applicant was not heard during the enquiry proceedings and charge-sheet, and the impugned order of punishment was not issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the society, therefore, the review deserves to be allowed.

These submissions were advanced at the time of hearing of the Writ Petition, and they are extensively dealt with in the order dated 05/09/2022. No ground is made out by the applicant to review the order.

The review application being devoid merit is dismissed.
