Heard Mr. R.M. Sharma, learned Counsel for the applicant. Mr. R.M. Sharma submits that the applicant be permitted to file on record the additional documents. Mr. Sharma submitted that these documents are in the nature of orders passed by Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. He submits that these documents would cause no prejudice to the respondent, but the same may be helpful for adjudication of the

(2) CA No. 7377/2015 appeal itself. He submits that as the documents are the orders and being part of the record, the applicant be permitted to place on record these documents collectively.

Mr. Alok Sharma learned Counsel appearing for the respondent opposes the application.

In view of the submissions of Mr. R.M. Sharma, learned Counsel for the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, Application is allowed. Necessary steps be taken within 2 weeks from today.
