By this petition petitioner seeks directions to conduct free and fair investigation in the C.R. No.125/2023, registered with Bhusawal Taluka Police Station, District Jalgaon and to hand over the investigation to Crime Investigation Department (CID). 2.

Learned APP submits that the investigation in the present crime is complete and charge-sheet is filed on 22/11/2023. 3.

In view of filing of charge-sheet and as the case is already numbered as R.C.C. No.36/2024, the present criminal writ petition is rendered infructuous. The same is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court seeking appropriate relief.
