The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that, validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner would be decided by the Committee within a period of three months from today.

In view of the statement made, we pass following order. 3.

The respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of three (03) months from today. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22.11.2017. The Committee may serve the copy of vigilance

Till the validation proceeding is decided, the respondent No. 3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondent No. 3 can take further course of action against the petitioner depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
