Learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that the permanent cadre of Part-Time Instructor is not being created by the respondents. This issue is already dealt with by this Court in group of Writ Petitions bearing Writ Petition No.7106 of 2013 along with connected Writ Petitions in judgment and order dated 9th May 2014. 2.

In case the petitioners feel that the said directions have not been complied with, the petitioners have remedy. It is submitted that the petitioner have filed Contempt Petition to that regard. As such, subsequent petitions would not be tenable.

The petitioners as such are at liberty to take appropriate steps as may be permissible.
