The petitioner assailed the order of suspension and seeks direction against respondent No.3 to allow the petitioner to resume his duties as 'Gram Sevak' subject to final decision of the inquiry. 2.

The respondent No.3 has got powers to review the order of suspension after lapse of six months. It appears that the petitioner is under suspension for more than one year.

The petitioner has also given representation/application on 23.08.2021 to the Chief Executive Engineer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule. 4.

If the Chief Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule is competent to take decision for review of suspension he may take decision upon it within three months from the date of service of the present order upon him. In case, the respondent No.3 is not competent to take decision with regard to the review of suspension order, then forward it to the appropriate authority

2 WP 13597/21 who has power to take decision within a period of one month from the date of service of the present order upon him and the appropriate authority shall take decision upon it within a period of three months thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
