By filing the afÏdavit, the Respondent has tendered unconditional apology for the delay caused in complying with the orders of this Court. It is explained that due to technical problem of change of name of district Osmanabad to Dharashiv, the certificate could not be issued immediately to the Petitioner. However, after the said technical issue was resolved, certificate is issued to the Petitioner.

Since the petitioner has received validity certificate, the order is complied with. Hence, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
