Mr. Shirrurkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner points out the order dated 25th July, 2017, in Contempt Petition No. 425 of 2017 and submits that, even the date given in the said contempt petition was not adhered to by the committee and the appeal is decided on 26th August, 2017.
