By this petition, the petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'B' and 'C' as under : - "B) By writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, the respondent Nos.1 to 3 may kindly be directed to finalize the provisional ward formation and reservation as it in view of old ward formation.

C) By writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the reservation now provided for Ward No.1 may kindly shifted/ transferred in Ward No.3."

We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner at length and the learned Advocate on behalf of respondent No.1. The learned AGP has addressed us on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3.

The ward formation has been formalized in February 2020. The final voters list has already been finalized. The last date for filing of nomination papers is scheduled on 31-12-2020 and the polling day is scheduled on 15-01-2021. I view of the above, this petition cannot be entertained and stands dismissed.
