The learned A.G.P. on instructions, states that vigilance was conducted in the year 2016. Even the vigilance report was given to the petitioner in 2016, but the petitioner did not file say as yet and that is why the proceedings are pending.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that on Monday i.e. 23rd April, 2018, the petitioner will file say to the vigilance report.

The petitioner shall file say to the vigilance report on 23rd April, 2018 and after receiving the same, the Committee shall decide the proceedings within two months from the date of receipt of the same.

Depending upon the Judgment given by the Committee, employer may act upon.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
