Heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties. The appeal is filed on the ground that the insurance company is liable to pay the amount of compensation and not the vehicle owner.

The present application is filed by the claimant for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court. 3.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation deposited in this Court on an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial)of this Court. 4.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of. 5.

The appeal is Admitted.
