1] We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2] The petitioner is seeking direction to make an enquiry in respect of the sale deed between private parties on the ground that the plot is reserved for Balwadi. The petitioner further seeks direction against the respondents not to forward the proposal for withdrawal of reservation for the purpose of Balwadi over the said plot. 3] The sale deed is executed between private parties in respect of private property. If the plot is reserved, certainly development cannot be made contrary to the reservation. If the proposals are forwarded for de-

529.22WP reservation then the objections would be invited by the State Government before taking decision of de-reservation. In that event, the affected persons are at liberty to raise objections.

4] In the light of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
