The learned A.G.P. points out that, a communication dated 13/03/2023 is already forwarded by Respondent No.3/ Deputy Director of Education, Nasik to Respondent No.2/ Director of Education, Secondary and Higher Secondary, Maharashtra State, Pune, requesting for decision/guidance on the proposal as regards the differential salary for the period from 15/06/2016 to 31/12/2022 to be paid to the Petitioner, if he is found to be eligible.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.2/Director of Education, Secondary and Higher Secondary, Maharashtra State, Pune, to take a decision on the said proposal within a period of 45 days from today.
