PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner is now promoted as Head Master and there is no dispute. The proposal dated 12.07.2022, seeking approval to his appointment, has been forwarded by the management to the Education Officer. The same is pending.

We find from the record that there has been a dispute with regard to who should be the Head Master of Kai. H.P. Patil Secondary School, Ambapimpri, Tq. Parola, District Jalgaon. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

We would expect, respondent No.2 to consider the proposal dated 12.07.2022, provided there is no deficiency and in the absence

wp10369.22 -2of any legal impediment, and decide the said proposal on or before 30.11.2022.

In the meanwhile, if the in-charge Head Master or any authority, which can be recognized by the Education Officer, submits the salary bills of the teaching and the non teaching staff, the Education Officer would clear the same urgently keeping in view the Diwali festival.
