Both the petitioners are 80 years old. Both are claiming benefits of the GR dated 04.09.1983. The monetary benefits sought by the petitioners are 26 years old.

Since Mr.Ashwin Hon, the learned Advocate is on the panel of the Zilla Parishad, Latur, we requested him to assist the Court and on our request, we have recorded his appearance.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the khs/Dec.2022/12869

- 2 - following directions :- [a] If respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have any records available pertaining to the services of the petitioners, their representations would be considered in the light of the order dated 21.12.2017 passed by this Court at the Principal Seat in WP No.4749/2016 filed by Maharashtra Pensioners Association Versus State of Maharashtra and another. [b] The representations would be considered on their own merits and in the light of the records.
