This petition is filed for a limited direction to Respondent No.2 Scrutiny committee for deciding tribe claim of the petitioner in an expeditious manner.

Learned AGP appears on behalf of both the respondents. 3.

It appears that vigilance cell enquiry in the tribe claim of the petitioner is still being conducted. Considering the stage of the proceeding, we dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within six months from today.
