This application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition. The petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections by orders dated 16.08.2019 and 27.08.2019.

Learned A.G.P. has strenuously opposed application stating that earlier also restoration was granted in favour of the petitioners and they have failed to remove office objections, and therefore, again the matter was dismissed for non-removal of office objection. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are poor agriculturists and are seeking declaration that the land acquisition proceeding stand lapsed.

Taking into consideration the grievance of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Matter is restored. Office objections be removed within four weeks from today. On failure to remove office objection within stipulated period, the petition shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution without further reference to this Court.
