Heard.

The learned A.G.P. tenders across the bar a copy of the corrigendum issued by the respondent no. 2-committee in respect of the judgment and order under challenge. By a common judgment and order the committee had decided the proposals of five individuals. First four had preferred this writ petition. To the extent of petitioners Manas, Maroti and Sudeep, we have already decided the petition and have quashed and set aside the judgment and order of the committee to their extent by allowing the writ petition partially on 04.09.2024.

As regards petitioner Sanket, the impugned order referred to his original case number, which was already turned down by the committee and had granted him liberty to apply again with a corrected tribe certificate. It was being submitted before us that pursuant to the fresh certificate obtained by him he had submitted a fresh proposal and instead of deciding that the impugned order was passed as if his original proposal itself was under consideration and was being rejected.

By way of this corrigendum, the committee has now declared that the number of proposal incorporated in the order under challenge in respect of Sanket stands corrected, incorporating the new number. 5.

Since the petition to the extent of Sanket was kept pending, we had disposed of the writ petition in respect of rest of the petitioners. Since it is a common order, even the petition to the extent of Sanket stands disposed of with the same judgment and order, which we have passed in the matter of other petitioners.

The respondent no. 2-committee shall immediately issue a certificate of validity to the petitioner Sanket s/o Gangadhar Ganlewar, as belonging to 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe. The validity shall be co-terminus with the validity of the earlier validity holders.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
