The applicants / accused are seeking early hearing of the appeal only on the ground that applicant No.5 after his reinstatement on the post which he was holding, after the acquittal, denied two annual increments. Though the concerned Education Officer, Primary, Z. P. Osmanabad issued the letter dated 10/11/2021 to applicant No.5 mentioning that he was supposed to produce the final decision in the present appeal, however, this cannot be considered as a proper reason for hearing the present appeal at the earliest. There are so many old matters are already pending. Further, the applicant No.5 may challenge the order of concerned Education Officer as reflected in the aforesaid

2 917 appln 3114-23 letter dated 10/11/2021 under appropriate provisions of law. In view of the same, the application stands rejected and disposed of accordingly.
