This is an application seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,34,999/- deposited in this Court by the petitioners. The said amount is deposited towards 25% back wages ordered by this Court on 29/11/2013.

The said prayer for withdrawal of the amount is objected

12890.14ca -2by learned Counsel for the petitioners-non applicants, as according to him, the petitioners have strong case on merits. According to him, if this Court is inclined to allow the application, the applicant be put some conditions.

Having considered the cause raised in the present application and having gone through the orders passed by the Court below, in my opinion, the objections raised by learned Counsel for the petitioners-non applicants are required to be overlooked. As such, civil application stands allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,34,999/- (Rs. One lac thirty four thousand nine hundred ninety nine only).
