The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 15.04.2014 whereby registration of his first appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also a huge delay in filing this application and in the meantime, the appeal memo and annexures are also destroyed. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to reconstruct the documents and to remove all the office objections within six weeks. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 15.04.2014 stands recalled and the appeal after reconstruction be restored for removal of office objections within six weeks subject to deposit

(2) 911 CA-13912.2022.odt of cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
