Civil Application No.11205 of 2023 is filed for condonation of delay of 415 days caused in filing appeal. The explanation for delay is given that the applicant got knowledge about the order only when the state authorities made inquiry about the proceeding, and for obtaining the certified copies and for legal opinion delay is caused. Delay is not intentional.
