Present applications have been filed for getting delay of 1041 days condoned in filing first appeals. The Government intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aurangabad, dated 03rd May 2014. The respondent / respondents are served. However, they failed to appear. Under such circumstance, whatever reason has been given by the State, explaining the delay, has gone unchallenged on record.
