The issue involved in the present writ petition is already concluded by virtue of judgment of the Division Bench of this Court reported in the case of Mandatai Sambhaji Pawar and another Vs. State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2011(4) Mh.L.J. 790.

However, as the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent, place the writ petition for final hearing on 16.03.2016."

In light of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs. The interim orders passed earlier would continue for a period of four weeks from today.
