PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner is objecting to the order of refusal by the S.N.D.T. Womens University dated 23rd April, 2014, refusing permission to operate a B.Sc., Home Science College at Hingoli. The reason for refusal is lack of basic infrastructural facilities.

We do not find any infirmity in the decision recorded by the Womens University. As such, no interference is called for in the writ petition.

The writ petition stands rejected, however, it would be open for the petitioner to tender an application as permissible under the Regulations and in accordance with law for securing permission to open a Womens College at the prescribed location during the next academic year.
