The petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Second Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Georai, below Exhibit-236, in Regular Civil Suit No.342 of 1997 thereby rejecting the application filed by the petitioners / defendants for framing of additional issues.

Upon hearing the learned advocate for the petitioners and on perusal of the memo of writ petition, annexures and the impugned order, it appears that the suit is posted for judgment on 11th September, 2023 and the application for framing additional issues is filed by the petitioners at the fag end of the trial.

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to exercise extraordinary writ jurisdiction. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
