It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since December 2016. The petitioner is given admission with the respondent No. 3/institution for the course of Bachelor of Technology (Electronics and Telecommunications). 2.
We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader also.

None appears for the respondent No. 3/institution.

The respondent No. 1/Committee shall decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 23rd November, 2017.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies and appearing in the examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondent No. 3/institution can take further course of action against the petitioner depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
