Heard learned AGP for the applicants and learned counsel for respondent. The impugned judgment and order, passed by the III Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad, in L.A.R. No. 459 of 1989 and 460 of 1989 is stayed till final hearing of the appeals, subject to condition that the appellants shall deposit entire compensation amount with accrued interest thereon, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of passing of this order. If within stipulated time, the above said amount is not deposited, then the stay order
