The counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that Applicant is ready to deposit

cra5047.16 Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) by way of costs within two weeks from today with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad. In the light of statement made by the counsel for the Applicant, the application for condonation of delay and for restoration of the Criminal Writ Petition No.1589 of 2015 is allowed subject to depositing of costs as mentioned above. The delay caused in filing the Application is condoned. 2.

Criminal Writ Petition No.1589 of 2015 is restored to its original File. The Petition be listed for hearing on 7th October 2016. The Applicant/ original Petitioner to remove all the office objections within one week.
