Heard the learned Advocate for the Respondent/ Management, the learned A.G.P. and the Applicant in-person, who has been granted liberty to address the Court by the report of the learned Registrars, dated 23/09/2022.

Considering the objections of the Respondents and the reasons assigned in the Application, I do not find that the delay can be said to be inordinate. No laches can be attributed to the conduct of the Applicant/Petitioner.

In view of the above, this Civil application is allowed. Delay of 166 days caused in filing the Review Application, is condoned. Let the Review Application be registered and be listed for hearing on 29/02/2024 by the consent of the parties.
