This Misc. Civil Application deserves to be allowed by granting the relief prayed for, since the learned advocate for the respondent accords his consent to transfer HMP No.3/2018 pending in the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Umarga, District Osmanabad, to the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nanded. However, it is informed that in the wake of constitution of the Family Court at Nanded, instead of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nanded, the proceedings shall be transferred to the Family Court at Nanded. 2.

In the light of the aforesaid statement made by the learned advocate for the respondent, this Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" by directing transfer of HMP No.3/2018 from
