A report of the vigilance enquiry is submitted to this Court. We have perused the report and directed its return to the Counsel appearing for Respondents No.2 to 4 (Tapi Irrigation Development Corporation) in sealed cover and accordingly report has been returned back to the Counsel for Tapi Irrigation Development Corporation in the Court.

Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent-Tapi Irrigation Development Corporation, on instructions, informs that since report of the vigilance enquiry is already received, a decision will have to be taken by the Corporation in concurrence with the State Government.

Learned Counsel further states that appropriate decision would be taken by the Corporation in the
