Mr. Pathan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle of the petitioner has been seized illegally. The petitioner has already filed an appeal on 27.11.2020, the same is not being heard. The petitioner has taken that vehicle on finance. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case, the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the appeal of the petitioner positively on or before 31.01.2021. 4.

The Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
