The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 420 days in setting aside the order dated 01.07.2022 passed by this Court whereby the writ petition of the applicant/petitioner was dismissed for non fulfillment of the conditional order of removal of office objections.

Learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' and disposed of accordingly subject to condition that the applicant should remove all the office objections within two weeks.
