The learned Advocate for the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition in view of the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and others [(2016) 2 Supreme Court Cases 213], Virudhunagar Hindu Nadargal Dharma Paribalana Sabai & others Vs. Tuticorin Educational Society & others [2019 SCC Online SC 1292] and the judgment delivered by the Honourable Apex Court on 22.11.2019 in the matter of Genpact India Private Limited Vs. Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax and Another. He desires to avail of the statutory remedy.
