This an application for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.384/2021 registered with registered with Nanalpeth Police Station District Parbhani for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

First Information Report (FIR)was registered on 26.07.2021. It is alleged that the applicant and co-accused were armed with weapons and they have assaulted the complainant. Co-accused Atik assaulted complainant with khanjar on the chest. Junaid and applicant had assaulted by knife on the back. The victim had sustained injuries.

The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been implicated on account of enmity. In the past, the applicant had lodged complaint against the complainant. Custodial interrogation is not necessary.

Learned APP pointed out the injury certificate and investigation papers.

I have perused the medical certificate. The injured had sustained four injuries which includes two injures on the back. Injury certificate corroborates the version of the injured. The applicant is attributed specific overt act in the FIR. Considering the nature of offence and the role attributed to the applicant, no case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail.
