Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

Unfortunately, the incident happened during the mariage celebration. A juvenile conflict with law caught-hold the neck of the deceased in his arm and the deceased died. The allegation against the applicant is that he and other co-accused beat the deceased with fists and blows. The role attributed to the applicant is altogether different from the main juvenile conflict with law. The applicant is 18 years old. The investigation is over. Nothing is to be recovered from him. In view of that matter, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :- i) Application is allowed.

925-BA-1614-22.odt ii) Applicant Rohit Ravi Padvi be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount, in F.I.R. No. 109 of 2022 registered with Taloda Police Station, District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions; that (a) he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses; (b) he shall attend the trial on each material date of hearing and co-operate for conclusion of the trial.
