By order dated 8th April, 2022, the Petitioners were directed to make a comprehensive representation and the Respondents were asked to decide the same. Accordingly, the Petitioners have made representation and the Respondents have decided the same, rejecting the prayers of the Petitioners. 2.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners possess documents to show that they were in possession of the land which is submerged in the water. 3.

Per contra, learned Advocate for the Respondents contends
