The FIR vide Crime No.200 of 2024 dated 27.06.2024 registered with Ramanand Nagar Police Station, Taluka and District Jalgaon for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, stands quashed and set aside, subject to deposit of cost of Rs.10,000/- each by the applicants within a period of one week to the High Court Legal Service Sub Committee, Aurangabad.
