It has been submitted that, respondent No.1-A Ashok Maruti Shinde expired on 15-09-2017, however applicant had no knowledge

Civ.Appln 13772-2018 that the legal representatives are required to be brought on record, that too within the limitation. Due to the lack of communication the delay has been caused which is unintentional. 5.

The learned advocate appearing for the proposed legal representatives has no objection. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1-A be brought on record. Amendment to that effect be carried out within 15 days. Application is disposed of accordingly. (SMT.
