Mr. Mayure, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the compromise deed which is in the shape of pursis stating that the matter is settled between the petitioner and the Insurance Company.

Though the same is titled as compromise deed, as the parties are not before the Court, we are not treating it as compromise deed. The same is taken on record as pursis signed by the learned counsel for both the parties.
