Though the Petitioner is at Sr.No.1 in the select list, she is not appointed as a "Mini Anganwadi Sevika" since there are several complaints by the Villagers against her behaviour and manner of working.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is willing to face each of those complaints and if the hearing is conducted, she will explain her stand against the Complainants. khs/Sept.2023/10918

In view of the above and considering the peculiar facts of this case, this Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.1 deal with each of the complaints against the Petitioner. The Petitioner may be given an opportunity of explaining her stand on the said complaints. If any report is submitted by any Authority prior to the passing of this order, a copy of the said report may be given to the Petitioner so as to enable her to tender an explanation. After this procedure is completed, the Competent Authority would take a decision on the selection of Mini Anganwadi Sevika within 60 days from today.
